Extremely well located, very clean and practical room, amazing bathroom. Wonderful family atmosphere from beginning to end - great breakfast and super helpful, smiling and cheerful staff. My family had some extra requests such as borrowing forks to enjoy our Demel delicacies, the staff was really helpful and accommodated them and they managed to enjoy them with the free coffee offered in the seating area around the reception. All in all - excellent stay surpassed their expectations - will definitely be booking again !! Thank you to all the staff for making it such a pleasant stay for my family.

Simply wow - the hotel was buzzing with life the moment we entered it. Given we stayed around Christmas & New Years eve, the entire atmosphere was more than welcoming. Every member of the staff was really helpful and took effort to listen to you with utmost attention. The breakfast buffet was good - not a very large spread - but everything served was fine and we never had to wait much for anything to refill. The location was great too with both the tram and metro stations being really close. Would definitely look forward to staying at Ibis Styles hotels at other locations too.

Amazing hotel regarding everything!! We were happy to meet the chef there. His name is Shahoz. The food he prepared was beyond exceptional, and he was more than helpful in many things. You should always book breakfast included, it was a really delicious experience. The rooms were exactly like the pictures, and the beds were super comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you, Ibis Styles Wein City team, for the most friendly homelike treatment and stay❤️❤️

I want to begin by praising Elisabeth’s and Yuliya’s ability to solve an issue with the room that we were initially given. They were ridiculously professional and understanding, and they did their absolute best and, as such, delivered an overall great trip. They have been so calm and helpful, please take example from them. Otherwise, the room itself was great, big and the beds were really comfortable and also had a balcony.

The staffs were very helpful with the luggages I had to leave while traveling to other cities and the package I sent to the hotel that was delivered later than I expected. The beds were also very comfortable and the rooms were big. Also, there were free coffee and drinks available too. Lastly, the hotel was very close to a train station and there were quite a few good cafes around the area.
