The location of the hotel was very good. It is very close to tram stops. You can reach the old city with a single tram. It is also easy to reach by metro. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are quite large. There is a chair in the room for sitting other than the bed. There is a closet for clothes. The bathroom is also very large and has all the necessary equipment. The rooms are cleaned every day. Breaffast is very good. It is an open buffet and has many choices and it is 18 euros if it is not included and worth the money. And the neighbourhood is safe. There is a coffee machine at the lobby which is free.

The room was great!! A really nice family room with two big spaces. Big beds and a balcony was a plus. Clean with nice finishing. The breakfast was awesome. A lot o variety and quantity. The parking was small but safe. It had a car charger but a conventional car was parked there so we couldn't use it. The personal was great! very pleasant and helpful

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and well equipted, with sufficient storage. The hotel is very close to U-Bahn and S-Bahn. Breakfast was very good. The staff was constantly checking if there is enough food and cleaning the tables. Our kids liked free hot chocolate (coffee and tea are also availabe) in the lobby very much. In the lobby you can even find a small play corner.

Everything was great. The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was really good and tastefull. The staff at the reception was really helpfull and nice, especially Gaia and Milijana that did their best to help us with information about everything. The location was really good. 2 tram lines and 1 U line in front of the hotel and another 2 in very close distance.

Stylish rooms . Trademark Inis style I would say Good breakfast with a lot of choices and vegetarian options Hotel is right next to a tram stop and a few minutes from U line metro station Hotel will email or message you in advance to tell about the best public transport options to get from the airport . FOLlOW THIS if you have big luggage as google maps gives you options that are not convenient Tea coffee machines accessible through out the day which was very different form many other ibis styles I have stayed in many other countries Staff very nice and helpful

We loved our stay in this hotel! It's a little bit far from the center, but very well communicated by tram and metro and you really can get fast to the main attractions. Even hotel is next to the busy road, the windows are soundproof and we could rest very well. The room was very cosy with nice design. And reception staff warm and nice. The best thing, in the lobby they had free drinks like tea, coffee, hot chocolate that you can enjoy during the day.

Hotel is located close to public transport. The rooms are nice and comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of Miss Elisabeth. She did everything she can to make our stay pleasant. She helped us have a great impression of this hotel.

We liked lot of things! - safe parking for cars & bicycles - very friendly staff - all very clean - good brakfast with everything you need to start a good day - 24/7 reception - tea & coffeee & water for free in a lobby was an awesome service - safe neighbourhood with all you need nearby - close to the city center
